The 2014 edition of Mix’Arts Festival from August 21st-24th will have entertainment provided by the Festival de théâtre de rue de Lachine whose spokesperson is none other than the invincible Rémi-Pierre Paquin (from the show Les Invincibles – see what we did there?).
This will be a new approach for the festival where innovative and original performers and musical groups will take over public spaces to share a unique experience with the participants. On the Saint-Laurent Boulevard, anything nonconformist is very much appreciated which is why it is a match made in heaven!
Since last year’s edition attracted a record attendance of some 500,000 people in four days, the Mix’Arts Festival is looking to benefit from this popularity to continue innovating and surpassing itself.
Perhaps you’ve noticed… but this festival falls on the last weekend of summer before the start of the new school year! Sad. We know. It’s the end of the summer, but it’s also the perfect occasion to make the most of it!
Here’s the complete program, but make sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for real time communications!
