THE CINÉMA L’AMOUR BUILDING IS 100 YEARS OLD!

It’s not Cinéma L’Amour that’s turning 100 years old on October 15th (let’s take it easy!), but the building in which it is located. And even if it bears no relation, we still find it interesting to mention that, among the different theaters that have occupied the place, it is the Pussycat that gave it its sexual calling…in 1969! Things like this can’t be made up.

Cinéma L’Amour opened its doors in 1981 – that’s more than 30 years ago! It is incidentally erotic and pornographic movies that have allowed theaters like this one to stay [...]

‘TOUT LE MONDE EN MÊME TEMPS’ AT THE PUBLIC PIANO AT PARC DES AMÉRIQUES

Since we are lucky to have projects as stimulating, unique and unifying as the public pianos in Montreal, we have to take the opportunity to come together and have a good time.

To unify all of Montreal in an artistic act, the public pianos will be animated on Wednesday August 20th at noon with the song ‘Tout le monde en même temps’ by Louis-Jean Cormier – good concept, right?!

To give life to the works of music on the Saint-Lauren [...]
