Sonia Escriva is the type of compassionate shop owner who is close to her customers, the type that everybody loves, and the type that the world of retail could use more of. As far as proximity goes, Sonia might be unbeatable since she lives right above her store!
She adjusts the jewelry on the spot to the customer’s wants and needs, but never shoves a sale down your throat – needless to say, she is a very thoughtful person.
