This year on Halloween, the Wizard will visit the boulevard with all his witches and will install his witches market in park of Americas.

In a haunting atmosphere, the Wizard will amaze the kids with his magic tricks and witches will bewitch the audience with a maleficent play.

The children will also be invited to participate in several activities animated by the witches.

Follow the pumpkin road on Saint-Laurent boulevard and collect candy at almost 100 of our participating merchants!

Because summer’s never really over in September BLVD gives you a reason to come celebrate on the Main. Terraces, great food, good music and most of all shopping is just some of what you’ll find at this event. Challenge your friends at skill testing games that will be located all along the boulevard or spoil yourself at local businesses, Montréal artisans and brands that will be present for the four days of BLVD. Giant inflatable ball games, musical performances and resting zones are on the agenda for a fun-filled family experience.

Montreal’s Public Pianos are back for a 5^th season!

As per usual, the Saint-Laurent boulevard will have a piano in two locations throughout the summer:

– At Ethel-Stark park (corner Clark/Prince-Arthur W.) from June 19^th to July 24^th;

– At Park of Americas (corner Saint-Laurent/Rachel) from July 24^th to August 28^th.

At half past twelve sharp, every public piano un Quebec will start playing ‘Je rentre à Montréal’ by Ariane Moffatt. Désirée will then proceed to offer you a show for about an hour–makes for a nice lunchbreak!

The St-Ambroise Montreal FRINGE Festival is an international multidisciplinary arts festival celebrating creativity without limits that includes theatre, music, comedy, dance, spoken word and more from over 500 performers.

Through the years, the MEG Festival has become the reference for electro, hip-hop and pop rock music by gathering crowds of curious and trendy night owls and by proudly representing Canadian music as well as creating strong bonds with the USA and Europe.

This year, MEG will be taking place from August 31^st to September 3^rd to end the summer with a bang. For this 19^th edition, the city will vibrate to the rhythm and sounds of MEG, which will bring party, encounters and wonderful discoveries to Montreal.

Part of the MURAL Festival, Grill Saint-Laurent is the culinary event on the Main. Located in the main zone of the festival, 10 restaurants will prepare dishes on the grill – which you’ll be able to enjoy with a glass of wine while listening to music.

The MURAL Festival has succeeded in positioning itself as the most important street art festival in all of North America, which obviously makes it the most eagerly awaited event on the Main! It is coming back for a 5^th edition from June 8^th to the 18^th!

In 2016, it attracted 1.3 million visitors, who took advantage of the 11 days of festivities to come multiple times and see the giant art pieces progress in front of their eyes.

On May 21^st, the boulevard’s merchants are organising the third edition of their spring cleaning.

Sidewalks, windows and street furniture will be cleaned to greet the warm season. A cleaning company has been hired for the heavy work, but citizens are more than welcome to help!
