    • FESTIVAL MEG

    Over the years, the festival, a healthy prescription of up-and-coming electro, hip-hop, and pop rock artists has taken on the mandate of attracting a crowd of curious and open-minded night owls, of proudly representing Canadian music and bridging the distance with the US and Europe.

    BLVD

    BLVD gives you a reason to come celebrate on the Main! Terraces, great food, good music and most of all shopping is just some of what you’ll find at this event. The Saint-Laurent boulevard will be closed to cars, from September 13th to the 16th, between Sherbrooke Street and Mont-Royal Avenue.

    YOGA IN THE PARK

    For a sixth year, the Saint-Laurent Boulevard is offering free yoga classes throughout the summer!

    GRILL SAINT-LAURENT

    An integral part of the MURAL festival, Grill Saint-Laurent is the culinary event of the Main. Located in the main zone of the festival, participating restaurants take part in this cook-off to impress the public and judges with an exclusive dish prepared on the grill. What better reason to enjoy the sun and great tunes than with a drink in one hand and good food in the other.

    MURAL FESTIVAL

    The MURAL festival has positioned itself as the most important urban art festival in North America, making it the most anticipated annual event on the Main! In 2017, 1.5 million festival-goers took advantage of the duration of the street closure to witness the creation of these immense artworks right before their eyes.

    This year, Michael Reeder will be one of the headlining artists of the festival, as well as being in charge of the visual identity of this new edition, which will take place from June 7th to 17th, 2018.

    SPRING CLEANING

    The spring cleaning of the Saint-Laurent Boulevard will take place on Sunday May 20th!

    Sidewalks, windows and street furniture will be cleaned to greet the warm season. A cleaning company has been hired for the heavy work, but citizens are more than welcome to help!

    The theme of this year’s Nuit blanche is re(MIX), so the Saint-Laurent Boulevard is organizing a different kind of event!

    The Station 16 Gallery will be hosting Whatisadam’s first ever solo show, called Chalet Life. But don’t expect this to be a regular art show… we’ll be serving free booze and free maple taffy at this sugar shack-themed event.
