New on the boulevard since 2018, ESPACE 8 is a commercial space available for short-term rental to hold a pop-up shop, an exhibition, a cultural event, a workshop or any other creative project.
ESPACE 8 is intended as a showcase for creators to give visibility to their work and promote cultural and commercial exchange. The space can be rented by day, weekend, week or month; the tenant settles there according to his needs and occupies it the time necessary for the realization of his project. No commission on sales to be put back to ESPACE 8.
Located at 4040 Saint-Laurent, the ground floor of the beautiful patrimonial 7-storey green building corner Duluth, ESPACE 8 is a 650 sq. ft. area overlooking the entrance hall and having as immediate neighbours the trendy place and pizza lovers' Pizzeria Melrose du Plateau , the eclectic Museum of jewish Montreal and sportswear shop LogoSports established there since more than 20 years.
Transitory renting is now an accessible and effective option to promote talent and business!
