The beginning of fall means that the Queen Witch’s preparation for her Witches Market is in full swing. It will be held on October 31st 2016 at parc des Amériques, from 9am to 10pm.
Kids are invited to come trick-or-treat all day long, but they will need to show they are brave enough to deserve them! As well as scaring kids (and maybe some parents), the Queen Witch has invited her friend Dracula to come and entertain her guests with organ music.
But what would a Witches Market be with only one witch, right? That’s why you will find a fortune-teller, a temporary tattoo artist and a specialist in magic wand crafting to entertain you. The kids who believe their magic powers are strong enough will also be able to try some skills and logic games. But no one can guarantee that the witches won’t transform the losers in toads!
To entertain an older public, the Queen Witch will use a magic spell called “technology” for a public screening of the horror movie “The Craft,” from 8pm to 10pm (1996). Popcorn and hot chocolate will be sold in the park
But wait–that’s not even all! Kids who want to trick-or-treat will be able to do so with their parents on the Saint-Laurent Boulevard by finding the stores with a pumpkin outside their door!
